What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts regarding technical issues with Simcenter 3D and Nastran, ensuring successful resolution of problems
- Facilitate the sales process by identifying growth opportunities and assisting in software deployment
- Conduct technical discussions to understand simulation requirements and propose effective solutions
- Provide training on both introductory and advanced topics related to Simcenter 3D and Nastran
- Collaborate with product management and industry teams to influence future product direction and demonstrate new software capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field
- Proven experience in finite element, multi-body, or fatigue analysis relevant to real-world applications
- Proficiency with linear statics, buckling, and normal modes on large-scale models
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with Simcenter 3D, Nastran, HEEDS, or similar commercial tools
- Experience in Structural analysis, Dynamic Forced Response, Acoustics, and Design Optimization
- Knowledge of design processes and constraints in Aerospace, Turbomachinery, or Automotive industries
