What is Required (Qualifications):
- College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in the Single-Family mortgage industry
- Experience leading a team in a virtual environment
- Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven innovative instructional design techniques & technology execution
- Experience leading Learning Management Systems
