We are looking for a highly skilled Billing Architect/Solution Architect with experience in the Telecom domain and expertise in Telecom billing specializing in Singleview (CSG COTS Product) and nice to have experience in Service Activation and Service Provisioning.

As a Singleview billing architect, you will lead a team of developers and testers to implement complex billing solutions for large enterprise, SMB, and government sector customers.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable solutions for field and tech areas. Your knowledge and technical leadership will contribute to the successful delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibility:

· Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust solution designs. Develop end-to-end architectural designs aligning with the organization's service activation and provisioning area.

· Field and Maintenance: Demonstrate a deep understanding of order management systems in the telecom domain. Utilize your knowledge to design solutions that streamline order processing, provisioning, and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of telecom services.

· System Integration: Define integration strategies and design scalable and efficient solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing systems, such as product catalogs, billing systems, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

· Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices. Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to drive successful solution implementations.

· Requirements Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies. Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with order management processes.

· Solution Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, interface specifications, data models, and system integration guidelines. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

· Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to evaluate their solutions and ensure compatibility with the organization's order management processes. Provide guidance and support during vendor selection processes and manage vendor relationships effectively.

· Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to order management systems and the telecom domain. Leverage your knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Singleview (CSG COTS Product) implementing green field projects and large transformation projects.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the telecom domain, preferably with expertise in Service Activation and Service provisioning area.

· Strong knowledge of telecommunications concepts

· Experience in Cloud Technologies like AWS and AZURE

· Experience in Salesforce in a plus

· Proficiency in system integration techniques, including API design, messaging protocols, and data transformation.

· Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as TM Forum's ODA, Open API, eTOM and SID models.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex requirements and propose effective solutions.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments is a plus
