What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the SIOP process for dispensing plants, including demand planning and capacity utilization analysis
- Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts based on customer and market inputs
- Compile and analyze demand planning information and BI reports
- Provide raw material estimates and support data for the procurement team
- Collaborate with the Director of Supply Chain to complete monthly SIOP presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in demand planning or supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
