As a result of an awarded EPCM project in Namibia, Ausenco is seeking a motivated Site Administrator to join our on-site project team on a local basis.

This critical site role will provide crucial administration support to the wider project team in order to help deliver the project to Ausenco standards. This role will suit an organised individual with strong experience in managing administration priorities on a busy mining construction site.

Your Responsibilities

· Manage and process documentation provided by vendors and visitors is as per Ausenco requirements

· Manage queries, communications and records as per Ausenco requirements

· Manage administration regarding rostering, accommodation and travel

· Assist with processing and administering site induction as required

· Assist departments with raising purchase requisitions

· Raise work orders for required departments as required

· Provide efficient administrative support to project staff

About You

· 3+ years of site administration experience in a construction site required. Minesite experience highly regarded

· Experience managing systems to manage accommodation and travel

· Experience using ERP systems to manage purchase requisitions

· Demonstrated success managing conflicting priorities

· High level of written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work autonomously and multi-task

· MS Office suite experience

· Exceptional organisational skills
