      Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Administrator will support the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.

      This position is based out of Pickering, ON.

      What you will be doing:

      • Maintain and organize site documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.

      • Serve as a point of contact for site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication.

      • Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

      • Track and record site activities, including labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries.

      • Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.

      • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager on site progress, issues, and any other relevant information.

      • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team

      What we are looking for:

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in site administration or a similar role in the construction industry.

      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

      • Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.

      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      • Undergraduate diploma or equivalent; additional certification or related field is a plus.
