Job Description

- Driver brief and debrief
- Allocate collections and deliveries
- Taking calls and managing customer complaints
- Answering and raising tasks on Salesforce CRM
- Occupy the customer collect/drop-off point
- Complete day to day admin tasks
- Carry out any other duties that may be required in the context of the job role as instructed by the Site/Operations Manager.
- Experience working within an administrative role for at least 1 year
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The right candidate must have excellent multi-tasking skills and work well under pressure
- Experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Position: Site Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent– 45 hours per week
Location: Slough
Shift: Days (Monday – Friday / 08.00-18.00)
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

About the role:
We are looking for a detail orientated person who can manage their own workload to join our depot and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, dealing with telephone enquiries and escalating queries when necessary. You’ll use our system to check discrepancies and will complete all driver documentation and reports.
