      Description

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

      • Project Estimation and bid completion.
      • Leasing and Fixed Asset management.
      • Basic Costs Accounting.
      • Issue and track POs, including closing and verifying services
      • Manage administrative assistant duties related to accounting functions.
      • Provide information by answering questions and requests by the customer and local and corporate staff.
      • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and other administrative tasks as required.
      • Support management projects as required.
      • Track and investigate receivables.
      • Complete and maintain site metrics.
      • Maintain safety reporting.
      • Maintain records related to tooling, equipment and supplies.
      • Complete site reporting as required in a variety of business sectors.
      • Initiate continuous improvement across all business sectors within the company.
      • Organize all aspects of the office and ensure professionalism.
      • Manage work order management systems for customer and company.
      • Utilize strong computer skills through reporting and spreadsheets with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
      • Reports to Maintenance Planner.
      • Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively
      • All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager

      Requirements include:

      • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) are required.
      • Ability to manage office administrative support personnel (as needed)
      • Professional attitude and organizational abilities.
      • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
      • Payroll experience a plus.
      • Understanding of general business and the support of operations.
      • Responsive to change by embracing process.
      • Prefer experience with Navision, and eTIME.

      Physical Requirements:

      • The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low); the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk in an office environment; the employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
      • The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
