      Job Title: Site Civil Project Engineer

      Job Description

      We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Civil Site Group as a Project Engineer. The role involves working closely with a Project Manager and other staff members to drive the design on a variety of civil/site development projects. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including mixed-use, multi-family, subdivisions, commercial, government, and healthcare, with the potential for quick career advancement into project management and client development roles.

      Responsibilities

      • Assist in the management of complex projects ensuring timely and profitable completion.
      • Design site layouts, perform grading and drainage design, and handle permitting of commercial and residential site development projects.
      • Effectively communicate with internal staff and clients throughout the project.
      • Participate in project proposals and presentations as necessary.

      Skills & Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
      • 3+ years of experience in land development project management (preferred)
      • Experience managing design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and permitting
      • Effective leadership and communication skills
      • Experience with Civil 3D
      • EIT certification obtained or on track to obtain

      Work Environment

      The work environment is mainly in-office, with the option to work remotely one day a week once settled in. The role may require some site visits.
