- Have studied Engineering or a similar technical degree, very valuable master related to Contract Management.
- A minimun of 10 years experience working as a Construction Contract Manager in a Construction sector.
- Experience in claims management: claims follow-up, assessment and resolution, including claims management in FIDIC contracts.
- Draft, monitor and review contracts across various verticals and scale.
- Provide essential contract management services, by resolving conflicts, providing legal advice and renewing and redrafting contracts.
- Supervise the performance of the contract and work towards compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned in it.
- Prepare reports and documentation on the contract performance and run them by the senior contract manager, if any.
- Update and revise contracts as per the dynamic national legal regulations.
- Risk management: project risk identification and quantification at business development and project execution stage.
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Are you a team player with technical excellence.
- Can you work independently with a flair for innovation.
- Do you have an advanced level of English. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.

We are looking for a Site Contract Manager to join the Arquictecture for a large scale architecural project in Luxembourg (on site).
