      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites in accordance with established processes
      - Negotiate budget parameters and contractual terms within approved limits
      - Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and client expectations
      - Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks, escalating as necessary
      - Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
      - 2-5 years of experience in contract negotiation or related field
      - Good understanding of contract law and business principles
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with investigator grant negotiation
      - Familiarity with the pharmaceutical product development process
      - Knowledge of PPD SOP & WPDs
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
      - Proficiency in using automated systems and applications
