Overview
Summary: Reporting to Client Service Management, the Site Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Scribes and clinic/hospital staff as a point of contact for escalation protocol while representing the Company in a knowledgeable, caring and professional manner. Will be responsible for facilitating review of scribe documentation and quality control/assurance procedures. Will follow up within the assigned clinic/hospital to disseminate new company protocols/updates, while overseeing the identification of opportunities, goals and core measures to enhance scribe skills and overall service solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:● Facilitate team review of assigned documentation, quality control/assurance, and follow-up training.● First point of contact for assigned site’s Scribe workforce solutions and schedule fulfillment. Responsible for updating and/or modifying schedule utilizing scheduling software system. Will partner with Account Manager to ensure 100% shift coverage.● Schedules all clinical training and quality assurance evaluations for scribes at assigned site(s).● Upholds Quality Management Program for assigned site(s). Helps maintain skills, productivity, and efficiencies through quality assurance evaluations and remedial education.● Conduct classroom training and continued education at assigned facility, as necessary● Assist in the dissemination and implementation of new Company and/or ED protocols, updates, and tasks.● Act as a liaison between client and Company ensuring proper escalation, documentation and follow up is completed in a professional and timely manner.● Assist management with Scribe performance reviews, and ensure feedback is fully communicated and documented according to the direction of Client Service Management.● Actively participate in assigned site management meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure goals, areas of opportunity, and core measures are reviewed, communicated and attained.● Preparing and assembling medical record documentation/chart for physician prior to patient visit.● Entering the patient room with the physician during patient visit to capture and transcribe medical record documentation in real time using either paper or electronic medical record applications.● Preparing medical records; ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Updating patient history and other pertinent health information in the patient record.● Preparing and sending all documentation to physician for review and approval.● Monitoring the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.● Support Talent Acquisition Department with local recruitment activities by participating in university events, career fairs, student organization meetings, etc, as necessary.● Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: High school diploma required. College sophomore status preferred. Pre-health career track preferred. Minimum 6 month scribe experience required. Knowledge of medical documentation, medical terminology strongly preferred. Ability to legibly and accurately transcribe dictation with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and reliability.
Technical/Computer Skills: Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs;Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); minimum of 60 WPM preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Assigned site point-of-contact for clinical staff/employees.
