Job Description
- Req#: 78077
- Meets all customer and ABM quality expectations in assigned tasks
- Assists in orientation and training for new employees as directed
- Adheres to proper security procedures and safety protocol at customer’s site
- Shipping and Receiving coordination. Send out and receive UPS, USPS and FedEx mail, packages, deliveries
- Monitor office supplies and snack inventory for the copier room and kitchen areas
- Support and assist custodial team as needed to ensure a safe, clean, and well operating facility is maintained.
- Supporting corporate events, AV support and room setup
- Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and staff
- Complete inspections of janitorial equipment and supplies to ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance
- Responsible for attending all monthly safety meetings and documenting any new onsite trainings
- Shipping and Receiving background, material handling experience and will send out bio-hazard materials.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Customer Service Experience
- 2-5 years of similar work experience
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 per annually
Shift: (Mon-Fri- 8am-5pm)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful
applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market
data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
