ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Site Director will oversee the coordination of social services and overall program operations at Baisley Pond Park Residences affordable housing services program for DSS-referred households. The Site Director provides guidance and supervision, as well as creating systems that enhance services. The Site Director will:
· Supervise the coordination of services and all program staff ensuring daily activities are held according to program protocols and is line with RiseBoro’s mission.
· Hire qualified team members and ensure staff have the resources they need to succeed.
· In collaboration with the Program Operations Manager and Tenant Services Supervisors, receive referrals for tenant placement, review all documentation, schedule, and conduct apartment viewings for incoming tenants.
· Participate in weekly supervision, including case conferences, with staff to ensure appropriate delivery of services, tenant, and programmatic success, assess staff performance, and provide support for job improvement.
· Partner with Director of Affordable Housing Services and Director of Supportive Services on program buildout at its inception
· Track programmatic impact measurements as well as funder-required milestones reporting
· Develop and maintain relationships with contract managers and other funder partners to ensure the success of the program
· Develop strong relationships with community agencies, businesses, community leaders, and neighborhood-based organizations (Community Boards, Police Precincts, local service providers, community groups, etc.) and developing additional program resources when appropriate
· Liaise with community members to ensure positive neighbor relationships; participate in community meetings as the need arises
· Support the development of needs assessments and ongoing, tenant-centered service plans with all tenants and their respective Tenant Services Coordinator.
· In partnership with the Program Operations Manager, develop and maintain an ongoing project tracker to support and enhance programmatic efforts and ensure successful outcomes for tenants
· Provide conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and crisis de-escalation, as need arises.
· Approve and submit accurate timecards for all direct reports.
· Establish and maintain a rotating on call assignment and emergency phone protocols.
· Complete and submit reports to Director of Affordable Housing Services and Director of Supportive Services for review and submission to funding source and RiseBoro Board of Directors.
· Maintain ongoing and close communication with the property management team on tenant and building matters; ensure the building operations are aligned with contractual and programmatic expectations
· Initiate disciplinary action and develop performance improvement plans for staff as needed; conduct annual performance evaluations and assist staff in the creation of goals for improved program implementation
· Participate in funder-required service provider meetings and audit preparation efforts
· Lead the development and implementation of improvement plans and/or best practices based on funder feedback after programmatic site visits
· Work with Director of Affordable Housing Services to ensure contractual and fiscal compliance; report any deficiencies and recommend solutions.
· Additional responsibilities may be added as position evolves.

· At least 2 years of supervisory experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree in social work or related human services field required with at least 2 years of relevant social service experience, particularly serving the homeless and previously homeless population
