Benefits Include:Site Director-Before & After School are responsible for the management and leadership of the program. This includes developing a staff team, providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day. You would help in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth along with demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. This position requires high levels of organization, energy, and fun.
