      Leads Finishing Scheduling, Short term production planning, and Finishing Production Operations. Achieves department and corporate targets for on-time delivery, production schedule attainment, productivity, budget, inventory levels, inventory accuracy, formulations accuracy, product quality, employee safety, and food safety ( BRC requirements ).

      · Provides vision, leadership, and coaching in global logistics planning and supply chain optimization. Leads the global logistics team in optimizing freight and warehouse capacity with measurable performance and total cost targets. Identifies and leads improvement projects to ensure excellence in operations, delivering customer service excellence on a global level while ensuring standards are upheld in support of corporate goals and YOY sales targets.

      · Monitoring overall site capacity and ensuring capitol planning and head count are communicated properly and in line with budget.

      Responsibilities:

      Qualifications:

      · Education: A minimum of a master’s degree in business administration or a related field. Some employers in specific fields may require candidates to have a doctorate.

      · Experience: Extensive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics.

      · Skills:

      o Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning skills to develop efficient supply chain processes.

      o Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret complex data sets to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

      o Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.

      o Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams.

      o Communication: Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders.

      o Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and technologies such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

      o Global Perspective: Experience in international logistics, including knowledge of trade regulations, customs procedures, and cultural differences.

      o Supply Chain Sustainability: Ability to integrate environmentally friendly practices into logistics operations.

      o

      Physical Requirements:

      · Navigate between buildings; investigate processes at all building levels in the manufacturing & facilities areas.

      · Work intermittently in dusts, noise, heights, heat & cold.
