Job Description

- Assist the Site Manager- Structural works.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvements on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment needs are required.
- Giving technical support to procurement to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions were required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Registration with ERB is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete works on construction projects.
- Experience in Oil and gas projects is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Leadership and Organizational skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn

Job Summary
The Site Engineer- Concrete Works will be responsible to overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete works on construction projects. This includes planning, coordination, and supervision of the concrete-related activities to ensure the project meets quality standards, stays within budget, and is completed on time.
