      Purpose of the Role

      • Lead and advocate good governance to ensure that all health, safety , and environment targets are met by driving site compliance with all legislation and internal Company Standards.

      • Drive the risk compliance agenda across their group to ensure improved site performance against risk-critical metrics and delivery of the site strategy goal of 100% compliance.

      • To ensure zero additional costs to the site through non-compliance, and (in line with Diageo’s code of conduct) to source the most financially viable option when identifying suppliers of materials/training.

      • Responsible for the management of all contractor's administration on-site Inc.

      Key Accountabilities

      Responsible for co-ordinating adherence to site compliance:

      • Excellence in Action Management for all Governance Actions (Entropy/Enablon / OneLook ) inc MOC, SIRC, All Site Governance Actions.

      • Document Update and administration of Site documents on EQMS.

      • Support in completing sign-off on operational work instructions and risk assessment, Legislative training & OH Health Surveillance Checks.

      • Governance data compliance and current BL compliance tasks (needs review to see if any exceptions)

      • CARM controls- understand departmental needs across site and support where required !

      • Peep & admin: FACTS document & HACCP review

      • Support Planned Governance Site Visits - e.g. Willis; CARM, Occ Hygiene Surveys, ISO; FEMAS (as applicable)

      • This role covers 4 sites (Blythswood, Cluny, Bonnybridge & Broxburn). Mandatory travel to each site 1 day per week

      Skills Required:

      NEBOSH certified (or working towards)

      Full clean Driving License
