      Zappos is seeking an experienced Site Marketing Manager to drive and execute our site marketing strategies through content initiatives and promotional campaigns across all platforms. This role will be responsible for executing the Marketing strategy and managing editorial content planning and sitewide promotions, while working closely with cross-functional partners. They will demonstrate a sound business sense, a powerful attention to detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and be able to work in close collaboration with Buying, Brand, Editorial, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams. In this role they will coordinate end-to-end customer-facing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue, and will pull business data to analyze campaign results and campaign-specific performance.

      Key job responsibilities
      Develop and maintain the site content calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives
      Manage and execute marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset
      coordination, creative briefing, and stakeholder alignment
      Create and manage all site briefs
      Ensure quality and accuracy of site content through daily QA
      Partner with Editorial, Buying, Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver compelling site content
      Coordinate reports & analyze weekly performance of content across owned and operated platforms to guide and shape recommendations for future content planning decisions
      Drive data-driven insights and learnings cross-functionally on content performance, including best practices and recommendations
      Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
      Improve and streamline calendar planning processes
      Lead weekly performance reviews and create actionable insights for content strategy
      Develop A/B testing and segmentation strategies
      Work cross functional with Tech for site enhancements



      - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
      - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
      - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
      - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
      - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills excellent attention
      - Bachelors Degree- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
      - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
