      The Site Operations Supervisor will supervise the daily operation of the key desk and drivers, ensuring a
      smooth and professional environment that meets all operational needs. The role will be responsible for
      the daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles, interacting with the customer to ensure the customer
      expectations are met. The Site Operations Supervisor will be involved in all aspects of the Department of
      Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) compliance.

      As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will:

      • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the key desk and drivers
      • Oversees the vehicle scheduling and data entry for test fleet vehicles, including making changes
        to shift status for down vehicles and absent drivers
      • Verify correct staffing to ensure test vehicles are sent out in a timely fashion and data is
        analyzed per the customer’s requirements
      • Ensure all DOT requirements are met and followed, including, but not limited to; vehicle
        compliance, driver qualification file compliance, hours of service, Electronic Log Device
        (ELD)/Driver Logs compliance, and drug and alcohol testing procedures
      • Conduct training of new employees
      • Review and resolve reported issues where necessary
      • Responsible for enforcing processes and policies of both the customer and Roush

      To be considered as a Site Operations Supervisor you will need:

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or relevant work experience
      • Good driving record
      • Ability to interact with all levels of customer management
      • Have an in-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA compliance
      • Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry skills
      • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
      • Must have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize daily in a fast-paced work environment
      • Must be able to work independently with little supervision and exercise sound judgement in a
        variety of situations
      • Extremely detailed oriented with strong ability to take charge of urgent situations, as required

      A successful candidate may also have:

      • Associate degree in Business or related field
