What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate project-related activities and communications to ensure successful execution
- Support the Project Manager with projects having budgets of $5M to $40M
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage project-related scheduling
- Develop solutions for installation and mechanical issues as they arise
- Analyze project progress and address scheduling issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the material handling industry or site project management
- Proven experience managing a department or focused work team
- Proficiency in detailed scheduling and project coordination
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction and troubleshooting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Experience in recruiting and evaluating talent for departmental growth
