  Qualifications:

  · Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar discipline

  · Experience related to AWS administration and/or programming/development

  · AWS associate or higher-level certifications

  · Familiar with containerization and tools such as Docker/Kubernetes

  · Familiar with pipelines, preferably with hands-on experience with GitHub Actions/Jenkins

  · Familiar with CaC and IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Chef, etc.)

  · Passionate in learning and keeps up-to-date with the current technological trends

  ·G ood English communication skills and proactive mindset on global team collaboration

  Responsibilities:

  · Responsible for Trend Micro’s public cloud service 24x7 reliability, monitoring systems and responds to alerts and incidents

  · Perform SaaS service troubleshooting and incident mitigation on AWS

  · Answer to questions and analyze issues reported by technical support teams

  · Co-work with R&D teams to improve SaaS service reliability

  · Determine system inefficiencies, automate toils and improve processes

  · Work with the team through SRE improvements, compliance audits, disaster recovery simulations, and operational incidents drills

  · Collaborate and drive the priorities of the team

  · Collaborate with other SRE teams

  We are looking for the following:

  · Proficient in AWS cloud, preferably with AWS associate level or higher certification and hands-on experience

  · Zealous on programming, preferably with previous work-related or personal coding endeavors

  · Level-headed and quick-witted to find customer-centric solutions during SaaS service incidents

  · Keen eyes on seeking inefficiencies and can formulate creative process or automated solutions

  · Empowered learning mindset

  · Effective English communication skills
