- Master’s degree in human services or behavioral science with one (1) year of counseling experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment;
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Required certification is LISW, LPCC or any combination. If not currently certified, it must become certified within the minimum time allowed by the appropriate licensing body.
- Two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency or mental health treatment or equivalent.

We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! Under the direction of the Vice President of Regional Services the Site Supervisor directs the day-to-day operations of the treatment adult services. Provides the overall clinical and administrative management of the Marysville site and is involved in public relations activity to promote the agency and client care.
