Our opportunity
Unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our high performing team delivering our Highforest Mast erplanned Community project. Located in West Pennant Hills bordering the Cumberland State Forest, Highforest Residences is a masterplanned community development that will consist of a new family friendly residential community comprising 165 houses, 252 apartments, community facilities and significant public open space.
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of overall site safety management through diligent controls, supervision and leadership, whilst driving timely delivery of high-quality construction work. This will involve developing short to medium term programs, work schedules and labour requirements, conducting quality checks and maintaining HSE standards. Working closely with our site engineers, you will pre-empt and resolve construction issues and ensure progress in line with the construction program.
Your point of difference
· Trade background and relevant qualification
· Experience in a similar role on masterplanned, medium density, residential building projects ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
· Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
