- Collaborate with site leadership to analyze employee engagement, retention, safety trends, and performance data.
- Develop tailored learning strategies and training programs for employees, including train-the-trainer sessions.
- Oversee new hire performance, provide feedback, and assess readiness for independent work.
- Monitor productivity and performance, offering coaching and reporting insights to leadership.
- Create training materials for orientation and ongoing employee development.
- Establish KPIs to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage safety awareness and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Travel to different sites as needed to implement training and provide support.
- 2+ years of experience in training program development or warehouse leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments and flexible shifts.
