What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expedite resolution of suspicious claims by conducting investigations and analyzing records and information
- Utilize antifraud technology and analytical strategy to identify potentially suspicious claims
- Collaborate with adjusters and other departments to maintain quality service
- Ensure legal compliance by conducting investigations within specified timelines
- Stay abreast of company policies, industry trends, and state regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Personal Lines license preferred
- Minimum 4 years claims experience in the auto insurance industry
- Minimum 3 years investigative and surveillance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective negotiating skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Occasional weekend work may be required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CFE, CIFI certification a plus
- Preferred insurance handling experience for specific states
