What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead high-exposure investigations into complex organized fraud schemes
- Develop and manage investigations involving significant financial exposure across multiple claims
- Communicate investigative outcomes and case briefs to stakeholders
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and share insights with internal teams
- Deliver training on fraud issues and investigative techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and consistent high performance
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lines, Workers Compensation, and Employee Benefits claims
- High proficiency in database tools and investigative technologies
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences

- Strong analytical capabilities across functional and financial domains
