What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead investigations into high-exposure, complex organized fraud cases across multiple claims and lines of business
- Apply investigative techniques and strategies in accordance with insurance laws and practices
- Communicate and present case findings to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and thoroughness
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and share insights with internal teams to enhance anti-fraud strategies
- Deliver training on fraud issues and investigative techniques to strengthen organizational capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of Major Case experience in insurance fraud investigations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a consistent high level of performance throughout career
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in investigative technologies
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Workers Compensation, and Employee Benefits claims
- Proven ability to independently manage high-impact investigations
- Expertise in interviewing techniques and building effective partnerships
- Familiarity with national legal and regulatory environments related to insurance fraud
