      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead investigations into high-exposure and complex organized fraud schemes, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices
      - Develop and manage investigations involving significant financial exposure across multiple claims and lines of business
      - Communicate and present investigative outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
      - Monitor emerging fraud trends and share insights with stakeholders to enhance prevention strategies
      - Deliver training on fraud issues and investigative techniques to team members and partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
      - Demonstrated leadership abilities and a consistent high level of performance throughout career
      - In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Workers Compensation, and Employee Benefits claims
      - Strong analytical and investigative skills, with proficiency in relevant technologies
      - Proven ability to manage and execute high-impact investigations independently
