- Lead by example for a safe work environment.
- Smile and greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Must be in uniform when on duty.
- Maintain an orderly passenger traffic flow in a safe manner.
- Follow all opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
- Advise and assist passengers as required.
- Prepare lift for opening under the direction of Lift Operator.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Must follow policies and procedures outlined in the Wintergreen Handbook.
- Able to take on additional tasks and assignments assigned by the operator, team leaders, and manager.
- Must be capable of dealing with guests in a safe, friendly, and positive manner.
- Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time in all types of summer weather conditions.
- Applicants must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and be capable of standing for extended periods of time.

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Summer Attendant, Lifts
FLSA: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Ski
REPORTS TO: Manager, Mountain Operations
To assist guests with lift operations during the summer season. Prepare the lifts for opening, maintain lift areas throughout the day, ensure safe loading/unloading, maintain signage, communicate rules, complete required paperwork, check lift tickets, and manage lift lines.
