      Global Medical Response (GMR) is proud to be an authorized provider of the DOD SkillBridge program, offering Service Members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience in the medical response industry through training and internships.

      Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts active-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their active-duty obligated service. The SkillBridge Program with GMR will run for up to 180-days.

We provide end-to-end medical transportation as well as fire services, integrated healthcare solutions and disaster response.

      JOB SUMMARY

      Independently process all payments, including checks, ACH, Wires, and uploads. Address check and ach positive pay exceptions daily. Update daily logs and smart sheets, to include daily reconciliation.

      Complete positive pays before end of day. Monitor and resolve disbursement inquiries. Process void requests in a timely manner.

      This role requires a highly organized detail-oriented person able to work in a high-volume environment. Effective communication skills are essential.

      SKILLS


      • Familiarity with Oracle application or similar automated accounts payable systems preferred.
      • Prior experience with purchasing module software preferred.
      • Experience with MS Office Suite preferred. Able to type 40 w.p.m.
      • Work effectively with co-workers and members of the public.
      • Reasoning ability and mathematical skills.
      • Must be detail and deadline oriented and focused.
      • Fundamental accounting concepts required.
      • Must have strong oral, written, and effective interpersonal communication skills.


      QUALIFICATIONS


      Experience
      - Active-Duty Military must be within 180 days of their EAS

      - 2-4 years’ experience in high volume transaction processing required.


      Education
      • High school diploma or GED required.
