Understand and interpret Engineering Drawings
Adhere to Technical Specifications
Assemble & test product
Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements
Behave ethically at all times
Identify & contribute to Continuous Improvement activities
Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics)
Maintain LOT Traceability
City & Guilds or equivalent in Sheet Metal Work
Experience in hand fabrication
Minimal PC experience (to access drawings / labour collection)
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an advantage
Must be able to work within a team environment
Willingness to be Flexible and Adaptable
Good Communication Skills
