- Provide assistance with personal care
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
- Properly manage household needs
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family
- Engaging in meaningful activities
- Listening to exciting stories
- Help build confidence in seniors
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Experience Caring for our beloved Veterans
- A high regard for elders
- Previous experience as a home caregiver with clients living w/dementia.
- CA Home Care Aide registration
- Ability to work in Berkeley and Oakland
- Good health and a positive spirit
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
