What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source candidates, conduct screening interviews, and facilitate manager interviews while documenting the process in the ATS
- Determine ongoing recruitment needs in collaboration with business partners and ensure hiring goals are met
- Utilize effective recruiting techniques through market research, networking, and applicant tracking systems
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Promote the employer as a top choice for potential candidates by sharing information about company culture and benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some undergraduate education
- 3-4 years of related experience in recruiting or human resources
- Valid Driver License for the State of employment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sourcing and assessing candidates using various techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify top talent through effective interviewing techniques
