What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source appliance repair technician candidates and conduct screening interviews to qualify them
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring ongoing communication with candidates and scheduling interviews

- Promote the employer brand by providing candidates with up-to-date information about the company and its culture
- Report recruitment metrics to track activities and outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some undergraduate education
- 3-4 years of related experience, preferably with skilled trades candidates
- Valid Driver's License for the state of employment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience sourcing and assessing candidates within the blue-collar/skilled trades population
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with Jobvite CRM and Workday ATS
