What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact patients to schedule setups of equipment and explain the clinical benefits of therapy
- Maintain records, charting, progress notes, and other necessary documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory of assets and supplies
- Provide orientation and training to new staff members
- Collaborate with office staff for billing and documentation of services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of administrative and clinical experience in an office setting preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
