As Slope Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the north slope operations are safely, compliantly, and efficiently executed.
• Leading Baker Hughes CWI Service Delivery, Machine Shop and AMO on the north slope.
• Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) implementation and discipline for the north slope.
• Ensure flawless service delivery execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our job cycle process.
• Job Center utilization.
• Being first line of support and technical reference for the Baker Hughes personnel working on the north slope
• Being the Baker Hughes focal point for the customer on the slope.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience as Team Leader
• Comprehensive knowledge about Field Service operations, installation, and maintenance operations
• Competency to plan, problem solve, organize, direct and control challenging operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Written and oral English as a working language.
