      Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.       • Promoting a fun and exciting environment with a positive and upbeat attitude
      • Directly managing slot operations and monitoring all related services affecting the department on assigned shift
      • Promoting exceptional guest service and development
      • Counseling, guiding and coaching team members in all aspects of the job
      • Administering evaluations, performance reviews and merit compensation within established guidelines
      • Maintaining work schedules for assigned team members
      • Ensuring efficient staffing levels by managing hiring, promotions, demotions and termination decisions
      • Ensuring guest recognition and development are a primary focus for all team members
      • Maintaining the highest standards of guest service and integrity in the slot department
      • Ensuring all teams members adhere to department policies, procedures, internal controls and gaming regulations
      • Ensuring all areas are staffed properly and managing team members throughout the slot floor
      • Witnessing jackpot pay offs and verifying jackpot pay outs at established levels
      • Inspiring and motivating team members to perform to their highest potential
      • Managing turnover and budgeted goals

      BRING US YOUR BEST.

      • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Strong proven leadership skills
      • Strong guest service skills
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
      • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work well with others, able to proactively interact with guests
      • Empower employees to use their creativity to retain and attract new guests
      • Ability to track departmental expenses, balance and justify expenses at end of month
      • Strong project management and execution skills
      • Strategic and analytical
      • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
