      Job Description

      We are seeking an experienced Slot Floor Person to join our dynamic gaming operations team in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth slot machine operations and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations.

      • Verify and process slot machine jackpots according to established procedures
      • Provide superior customer service and maintain positive interactions with guests
      • Promote and explain Players Club card program benefits to customers
      • Handle financial transactions accurately and maintain proper money flow during shifts
      • Monitor gaming floor for customer needs and maintain cleanliness standards
      • Assist in training new team members as needed
      • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
      • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal procedures
      • Communicate service issues to appropriate personnel
      • Maintain awareness of suspicious activities and report security concerns

      Qualifications

      • Must be 21 years of age or older
      • Superior customer service and communication skills
      • Proven experience in money handling and basic math skills
      • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications
      • Proficiency in operating slot machines and related gaming equipment
      • Experience with computer systems, radio communication, and adding machines
      • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
      • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
      • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
      • Minimum 2 months of gaming industry experience or related customer service experience
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
      • Knowledge of gaming compliance regulations and procedures
