      Join the Cigna Government Business segment for an exciting opportunity to build a new solution to support Small Group Employers (2-50 lives) provide high quality care to their employees. You will oversee the end-to-end enrollment of all small groups, while leveraging strong relationship building, customer service, and vendor management skills. You will work with a diverse group of enterprise matrix partners and an external vendor while you support the development and implementation of new technologies and processes aimed at delivering best in class service for this important market segment. You will ensure of the seamless transition of our existing book of business into the new solution, while influencing the strategic direction for long term sustainability and future growth.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Oversee development and execution of end-to-end enrollment and eligibility processes for 2-50 live clients, ensuring that external vendor partner and internal matrix partners meet or exceed key performance indications and service level agreements.
      • Act as single point of contact for internal sales matrix partners and serve as liaison to and segment relationship manager for external enrollment and billing administration third party vendor.
      • Partner with matrixed operational teams and information technology teams to influence or develop strategies prepare and deliver data based operational analysis, including operational effectiveness and capacity utilization to make recommendations for future growth and expansion needs, efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement for key stakeholder experiences.
      • Ensure small group enrollment processes and procedures are compliant with Federal and State regulations as well as all Cigna internal and external policies. This includes the creation and maintenance of critical documents such as policies, standard operating procedures, business rules, and technical specifications.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance enrollment.
      • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
      • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functional and lines of business and organizational level
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point.


      If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

      For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,600 - 134,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

      This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
