• Oversees the activities of assigned production employees.• Develops people to achieve individual, company, and client goals.• Supports the quality performance and customer service skills of agents.• Ensures effective communication with agents.• Facilitates proper and effective coverage of the line group floor.Qualifications
• Education - High School Diploma or GED required.• Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.• MS Office software packages proficiency.• Advanced English level.• Candidates are subject to drug test.• 3 months tenure in current position and no deviations or disciplinary actions on record.Closing date: November 29th, 2023
