The Sales & Marketing Training Program provides extensive exposure to the Surface Business Line, the field, and customers. The trainee will participate in a 3-year fixed step-rotational training program that provides exposure, experience, and expertise. These rotations include experience in the shop, field, operations support, and formal classroom training. Upon completion, the trainees will assume a role as a Sales Representative.
