ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
• Support and execute activities for delivery Service and SNO KPIs for the assigned Area
• Continuously upskill the technical capabilities and commercial understanding
• Continuously seek and explore process simplification within Area & DRBU
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Execute the Area plan in line with DRBU & Regional direction
Reports to: Supply Network Manager or Supply Network Executive
Reporting Level: manages
Geographic Scope: Area
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
General Accountabilities:
• Responsible for communication with the customer and/or customer service
• Responsible for collaborating with the demand planner, master planner (or SNP)
• Responsible for transactional and master data in relevant systems
Specific accountabilities for the Master Planner:
• Responsible for RR Health checks in RR, weekly CRT MD check, running shortage reports
• Responsible for preparation / submitting reports (P2M, Overdue POs, SO, STOs)
• Responsible for collaborating with FG/SFG Master Planner Production (or SNP), purchasing planner, production scheduler and D&I Planner
• Responsible for on time presentation preparation (CFT, ad hoc requests)
• Responsible for weekly updating FRs imported to TR45 (including non-nano filters) report and export FR report
