- 10+ years of success in consultative/sophisticated deployment project, architecture, design, implementation and/or support of data and analytics solutions
- Hands on development Design and Develop applications using Snowflake
- In depth understanding of Snowflake Architecture including Snow SQL, Performance tuning, Compute and Storage
- Expertise in using Spark SQL with various data sources like JSON, Parquet and Key Value Pair.
- Experience in creating tables, partitioning, bucketing, loading and aggregating data using Snowflake
- Lead and Architect migration of data analytics environment from Teradata to Snowflake with performance and reliability.
- Assess and understand the ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools and reports
- Based on the findings from the assessment, define a high level roadmap for migration to Snowflake on Azure along with a future state reference architecture on Azure cloud
- Responsible for end-to-end data analytics design and architecture for Snowflake in Azure.
- Improve existing data pipelines in cloud for data transformation and aggregation.
- Address a majority of technical inquiries concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture and general feature / functionality of Snowflake
- Setup, configure and deploy Snowflake
- Guide the team to handle configurations for multiple departments/groups within single environment stack.
- Lead data analytics team for implementing the standard methodologies.
- Enable partners to make key decisions with accurate data analysis, reports and presentations of key findings.
- Snowflake Solution Architect with expertise in Design, and Implementation of highly scalable, highly available, Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) services and solutions.
- Proven Experience in crafting Database / Data warehouse solutions in cloud (Preferably Azure. Alternatively AWS, GCP).
