      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to optimize the use of the Oracle health’s Cerner system
      - Collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver tailored technical solutions
      - Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of Soarian Financials configurations
      - Manage integration tools and worklists, ensuring alignment with charge services and ancillary systems
      - Provide subject matter expertise in best practices and maintain system documentation for efficiency and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Deep understanding and expertise with the Soarian Financials system, including functionality and workflows
      - Experience with report writing tools, data analysis, and system configuration
      - EHR implementation experience, including workflow assessments, build, testing, validation, and integration
      - Authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a consulting role within a healthcare technology environment
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare technology
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
      - Experience in project management within a healthcare setting
