      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a focal point for audits, preparing and reviewing documentation to meet controls
      - Organize and evaluate controls and evidence, providing guidance to stakeholders
      - Identify gaps in processes and policies, and manage remediation efforts
      - Develop strong partnerships with Subject Matter Experts and external auditors
      - Prepare weekly status reports and supervise other audit associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or four years of related experience
      - CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification
      - Knowledge of audit concepts and experience with audit management practices
      - Direct experience with SOC2, SOC1, ITGC, or related audits
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit
      - Familiarity with managing comprehensive audit control sets
      - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and organizational changes
      - Strong consultative skills and critical thinking abilities
      - Proven success in project coordination and delivering on time
