      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with clients and Acquisition Managers to develop testing roadmaps aligned with client KPIs
      - Organize and support media strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, and optimizations
      - Execute client account responsibilities, including building campaigns and quality assurance of keywords
      - Analyze performance data and create actionable insights based on conclusions
      - Measure and monitor key performance indicators for paid media campaigns and assist in reporting results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of performance marketing experience in social media
      - Exceptional organizational and communication skills
      - Familiarity with automation tools, Google Analytics, and ad creative testing tools
      - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Google Workspace
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
