      The Social Impact Program Manager role, will support our strategy and purpose, and help improve our reputation by working in partnership to establish and deliver our social impact programs and communicating the outcomes of our community investments.

      Role location: Melbourne VIC

      Role type: Permanent, Full time

      What will your day look like?

      • Establishing and managing a pilot and expansion of Saver Plus in partnership with community organisations including Brotherhood of St Laurence

      • Leading the development of new financial education program/s in collaboration with Government and community organisations

      • Leading projects to improve current Saver Plus and MoneyMinded financial education programs.

      • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders, including Government, NGOs and vendors

      • Implement stakeholder engagement activities to build awareness and increase participation in the program, and to raise ANZ’s profile in financial wellbeing and social impact – including report launches and celebration events.

      • Supporting advocacy efforts to ensure new and continued Government co-funding of our financial education programs.

      What will you bring?

      To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

      • Experience in managing complex projects in a cross-sector partnership approach with Government and community organisations.

      • Demonstrated relationship building skills, coupled with the ability to influence for desired outcomes.

      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

      • Proactive and creative thinker, able to generate ideas to respond to emerging trends and identify opportunities for collaboration.

      • Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure within various constraints.

      • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills.

      • Ability to develop program from concept to implementation.

      Some additional nice to have skills and experience include:

      • Understanding of social impact/ESG landscape in Australia and internationally.
      • Experience designing services or programs for social impact.
      • Contract and vendor performance management.
      • Experience working with senior executives.
      • Experiencing working with State or Federal Government.
      • Marketing and communications.
