- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $82,100 and $158,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The Social Impact team sits within the Communications and PR department. They are responsible for leading the brand’s efforts in community relations, strategic partner engagement with non-profits and other charitable organizations, and supporting internal Inclusion & Diversity program initiatives. As an active member of the Communications department, the Social Impact Specialist works cross-functionally to bring Beats by Dre's vision of an equitable society to life using technology, social media and influence. This is a unique role, for a multidisciplinary professional, with opportunity for growth.Key QualificationsDescriptionServe as a liaison for the Beats by Dre signature social impact program in partnership with the brand’s agency Identify partnership opportunities with non-profit organizations and brands with charitable roots Strategize and facilitate outreach to influencers and related talent for brand awareness Develop strategy for amplifying Beats by Dre's community efforts in partnership with the social media team. It is important to note that the role itself is not a social media position.
