      About the Role:

      This role works closely with the Branding Team to align messaging across platforms, amplify brand campaigns, and support local center visibility.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
      • 3-5 years work experience in a similar role
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word etc.)
      • Successful project/ process management and analytical skills
      • Must have previous work experience with strong social media strategy skills who can generate innovative ideas and execute them with creativity.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement social media strategies and content
      • Create innovative, brand-aligned content across social media platforms
      • Support national campaigns and manage a content calendar
      • Monitor performance metrics and provide social media guidance
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure consistency in brand messaging

      For current Kumon Associates:

      This role is designed for individuals with direct previous 3 - 5 years of work experience in a marketing or social media and communications role. Candidates with significantly more experience are welcome to apply, but should be aware that this role is scoped accordingly and may not align with broader leadership or strategic responsibilities.
